The HBADE presents 3 Home Shows Annually:

The HBADE Regal Awards
The 20th Annual Regal Awards will be presented Friday, May 4th, 2012 to the Best of Delaware in Communities, Model Homes, Advertising & Marketing categories and more! Click Here to Enter.
HBADE Golf Tournaments
With 2 tournaments a year, there is sure to be a date and location that works for you. Our Spring Tournament features a themed party and the Fall tournament is our Annual Louis J. Capano Memorial Golf and Crab Feast in Odessa.

The HBADE Building Blocks Education Series
Monthly opportunities learn about the latest and greatest issues, products and opportunities involving the housing industry.
Volunteer to present a Breakfast Learning topic, or just register to attend and get involved.
Legislative & Advocacy Events
Whether it is the Annual Stomp the Hill Event where we all head to DC to meet with our Congressional Leaders, Attending EPA workshops, or a Legislative Luncheon/Reception featuring VIP speakers and a chance to meet with our State Legislators, we are always on the move, protecting and advocating for our members. We invite every member to join us and become part of our voice.
Annual Leadership & Legacy Ball
The 2011 Leadership and Legacy Ball, was held at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino in Dover on December 3, 2011. The 2012 Board and Leaders were sworn in to office, and everyone dined and danced to the sounds of STRANGERS, a wonderful band from Philadelphia.
The following Awards were presented:
- 2011 Builder of the Year - Mark Grahne, Atlantic Homes
- 2011 Associate of the Year - Jim McCulley, Watershed Eco, LLC
- 2011 President's Distinguished Service Award - Brian Rickards, Benchmark Builders. For more info: Click Here
